BCM (Body Control Module)

Centralny moduł nadwozia — steruje światłami, zamkami, klaksonem, wycieraczkami. Częsta korozja złączy. Naprawa: przeprogramowanie lub wymiana.

Średni Astra H/J, Corsa D, Zafira B

Czujnik położenia pedału gazu

Błąd EPC, ograniczenie mocy. Wymiana czujnika + adaptacja w sterowniku silnika. Tania naprawa — drogi skutek ignorowania.

Średni Astra K, Insignia B, Crossland

Alternator + IDS (Inteligentne ładowanie)

Opel z systemem IDS — alternator sterowany elektronicznie. Wymiana wymaga kodowania. Bez tego akumulator szybko padnie.

Wysoki Astra H, Corsa D, Zafira B

CAN-bus — problemy komunikacyjne

Starsze Ople (Astra H, Corsa D) mają częste problemy z magistralą CAN. Diagnostyka oscyloskopem + naprawa okablowania.

Niski Mokka, Grandland, Crossland

Czujniki parkowania — Opel Mokka/Grandland

Fałszywe alarmy, brak działania. Sprawdzenie każdego czujnika ultrasonicznego + moduł PDC.
